Research Methodology and Procedures

I. Data Gathering Procedures respondents from the school of

Cataggaman National High School
The study was conducted for and Linao National High School.
three months (July- October 2018)
with selected respondents within
Tuguegarao City. As of how to
gather information, questionnaires
were given to 100 respondents. The
researchers seek first the approval of
the principals in every school to
conduct the study and run the
questionnaires.
The researchers administered
the questionnaires during the
gathering procedure and distributed
the questionnaires to the students.
They were asked to answer the
questionnaires during their free time.

After collected all the data, the

result were tabulated and tallied. The
result helped the society to prevent
the increasing rate of internet
addiction.

II. Data Gathering Instruments

Questionnaire. The
researchers conducted a
questionnaire using Likert Scale. A
questionnaire was given to the
respondents of Tuguegarao City as
survey to measure the various
parameters which showed the
students behavior towards social
media.
Respondents. The

selected schools within Tuguegarao
