1 Remove the loose material in concrete surface Foreman AE
by using a chisel & hammer. TO
2 Clean the surface with high pressure gun & Foreman AE
allow to drying for about 30 minutes. TO
3 Request for inspection Foreman TO

4 Prepare the MAPEFILL GP mix by using a Foreman TO

cement pan by adding water & stair well

5 Apply the mix using a mason trowel & finish the AE SM

surface with a wet sponge’
 6 Request for inspection TO AE
7 Ensure the HSE during the entire process Safety officer SM
