MECHANICS for SPOKEN POETRY

1. This contest is exclusive to Grades 7,8,9,10,11 and 12.


2. Each grade level must have one participant for this event.
3. The poem must be originally made by the participant.
4. The poem must be in english language and must be related to the theme.
5. The content of the poem must be free from any vulgar words. Failure to follow will be automatically
disqualified.
6. The poem must have at least 6 to 7 stanzas and each stanza must have 5 lines.
7. Spoken poetry participants must provide the judges an encoded copy of their poem.
8. Participants must wear a complete uniform during the competition. Failure to wear a complete
uniform will be disqualified.
9. Participant is free to express his/her poem through moving around in the given space.
10. Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.

3. MASTERY 20%
4. DELIVERY 20%
5. OVERALL IMPACT 10%

MECHANICS for ROLE PLAYING

1. This contest is exclusive to Grades 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 & 12.


2. Each grade level must have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 participants for this event.
3. The story must be originally made by the participants of each grade level.
4. The story must be in Filipino language and must be related to the theme.
5. The content of the story must be free from any vulgar words. Failure to follow will be automatically
disqualified.
6. Participants of each grade level are given at least 2 to 3 minutes to finish their role playing.
7. Role playing participants must provide the judges an encoded copy of their story.
8. Participants are allowed to wear costumes suited to their character.
9. Using of props is allowed.
10. Participants are free to move around in the given space.
11. Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.

MECHANICS for POSTER MAKING

1. This contest is exclusive to Grades 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 & 12.


2. Each grade level must have one participant for this event.
3. Participants must provide his/her own materials for the poster making: ¼ illustration board, pencil,
crayons/pastel, ruler, eraser
4. Participant must relate his/her poster to the theme.
5. Participant of each grade level is given an hour to finish his/her poster.
6. Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.
