and its serves as protection to our genitals. The proponents propose a product that is

commonly used by female consumers for their hygiene and protection purposes. The

proponents propose these first is to earn a profit and to help the needs of the target

environment especially for the girls. To fulfill the needs of consumer who buy the product

that we made. To give opportunities to other people who wants to work and help their

family. And to earn profit that can help the business to grow faster and help our own

family.

B. MOTIVATION

Proponents come up to this business venture because the company see that most

of the female consumers are facing problem with their undergarments and the business

wants that they will be the answer to the problem and that’s why the business made the

product . Proponents come up with this product to solve the problem of female consumer

in the market and to lessen their worries regarding on what they wear.

C. CORE COMPETENCIES

The business can give the most reliable product and service that can offer to satisfy

the consumer’s wants. The people inside the business excel in having the skills that can

help the consumer’s query about the product. And the business can provide the exact

product especially the design and sizes that the consumers want.
D. TARGET MARKET

Female or girls have different preferences in choosing their undergarments,

sometimes they want very colorful, plain or with design like cartoon characters

undergarments. The business venture main target market was female consumer ages

range from 13-30 years old. The business will located near at Quezon City Polytechnic

University that can easily see by the consumers.

E.CUSTOMERS PROBLEM / IRRITATION

The problem that the proponents saw on the environment is that some of the stores

or vendors selling different sizes and different designs of bra, short, t shirts and others.

But in the case of the women concern regarding on their bra’s is that some of them wear

another layer of cloth for tube, for them to hide their seen bra’s. Women might feel

uncomfortable if they not wearing undergarments. The business comes up with this

problem to make the product that can solve the problem of the customers. And to help

customers especially female to have multi –purpose bra that can be transform into tube

to help female customers with their problem.

F. OFFER DESCRIPTION

A bra with a tube in one package. The product is to fit with the problem of the

women who wants protection and a multi-purpose bra that can be a tube if they want to

wear a tube to pair with their sleeveless shirt and other fashion and also that bra that the

proponents offers is that the bra can be a push up bra too.

As business starters, the company needs to apply for a business permit on local

government for them to look forward to establish one. Regarding to the product of the

company, they assume that it is an original product and none already exist. If given a

chance and opportunity, the business has it patent.

 Business Permit- gives us the license to operate in the city or municipality.

 DTI Registration- for us to register our business trade name.

 BIR Registration- for getting TIN, official receipt and invoices etc.

 Mayors permit and Barangay Permit – to operate in the city

 SEC Permit – for the registration of the business venture.

H. MARKET TRENDS

The product that may be look into the future is that the product may still remain, but

it can be improve or innovate more in different way like other bra products that has other

factor or other functions. But in the product offer it was unique and originally designed

that can compete to other bra product it may be a cheaper but the quality can be sure.

The benefits that may the product offer to the user of it is that the following:

 If the proponent’s use a different types of cloth that will make the user comfy. A

branded product because of the uniqueness of its idea that you can have a bra at the

same time a tube and the cloth of the tube when you put it back on the designated pocket

it can be a push up bar which can help for the protection of the breast of the consumers.

passionate and business minded persons. The business consulted each other on what
