A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE DA – REGIONAL FIELD

UNIT, CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION FOR FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FROM THE OFFICE OF DR. LORENZO M. CARANGUIAN, OIC –
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE
POULTRY/ HOG RAISING PROJECT OF THE YELLOW BELL 4-H CLUB OF
BARANGAY SAN JOSE, LUNA, APAYAO

WHEREAS, the Yellow Bell 4-H Club of barangay San Jose is in need of income
generating projects that can help them improve the quality of life of the youth in the
community;

WHEREAS, the youth are the increasingly visible and active component
in community development efforts;

WHEREAS, the Yellow Bell 4-H Club needs an income generating project in order
for them to engage their selves in community services and not in bad vices ;
 NOW THEREFORE, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby done, to earnestly request the DA – regional field unit,

Cordillera Administrative Region for financial assistance from the office of Dr. Lorenzo M.
Caranguian, OIC – Regional Director of the Department of Agriculture for the poultry/ hog
raising project of the Yellow Bell 4-H Club of barangay San Jose, Luna, Apayao;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to extend our gratitude to Dr. Lorenzo M. Caranguian,

OIC – Regional Director of the Department of Agriculture for his favorable approval to this
ardent request.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED on November 10, 2017.
