Fy= 420N/mm^2 = 60914 Psi

hl = depth of beam ledge, in. 600 mm = 23.62 in
h= depth of beam + ledge, in. 1200 mm = 47.24 in
b = beam web width, in. 1000 mm = 39.37 in
bl = width of web and one ledge, in. 1200 mm = 47.24 in
d= effective depth of Ledge to calculate As 552 mm = 21.73 in
bt = width of bearing area, in. 120 mm = 4.72 in
s = spacing of concentrated loads, in. 1200 mm = 47.24 in

Dai of Bar 14 mm = 0.55 in 154 mm

Area of rebar used for Al , As Ash &A w = 0.24 in
dl= Effective Depth of Ledge to calculate Al = 21.46 545 mm in
de = distance from center of load to end of beam, in. 60 mm = 1.18 in { Min : bt /2 }
The design shear strength of continuous beam ledges supporting concentrated loads can be determined by the
lesser of following Equations.
For S > [ bt + hl ] = 47.24 > 28.35 Consider the below lesser shear strength value
φVn = 3*φ*λ*√ ( fc )*hl * [ 2 (bl-b) + bl+ hl ] = 199.57 Kip Ratio
φVn = φ*λ*√ ( fc )*hl * [ 2 (bl-b) + bl+ hl + 2de] = 70.09 Kip 0.88 Shear Strength is ok.
Minimum of Above two values = 70.09 Kip 312 kN
For S < [bt + hl ] 47.24 > 28.35 Ignore the below shear strength values
φVn = 1.5*φ*λ*√ ( fc )*hl * [ 2 (bl-b) + bl+ hl + s ] = 206.70 Kip
φVn = φ*λ*√ ( fc )*hl * [ (bl-b) + [bl+ hl ]/2 + de + s ] = 138.39 Kip Value is ignored
Minimum of Above two values = 138.39 Kip 616 kN
If the ledge supports a continuous load or closely spaced
concentrated loads, the design shear strength is:
Value is ignored.
φVn = 24φ hl λ √ ( fc ) ' (Eq. 5-48) = 36 Kip 161 kN

where:
φVn = design shear strength, lb/ft
If the applied factored load exceeds the strength as determined
by the above Eq. 5-44, 5-45, or 5-48, the ledge should be designed
for shear transfer and diagonal tension in accordance with
Sections 5.6.3.2 through 5.6.3.4

5.5.2 Transverse (Cantilever) Bending of Ledge
