*Late output will be deducted 10 points on the actual summation of their scores from the different judges.

General Orientation of the Activity and the Criteria:

Task Instruction: Form at least two groups in a class. Research on the different social sciences. Choose one discipline
and create an informational video presentation about it providing a brief overview of the said discipline, the careers
of those who pursue it, and the importance of it to the society. The video must at least 3-4 minutes long containing the
following CRITERIA:

Originality/creativity • Entries must be the students’ own work, students’ 40%
own words, and may include their personal
knowledge. The video/s must reflect that the
students has carefully examined and thought to the
topic.
Message content • The entries must be aligned with the theme/topic. 30%
• Relevant to the theme.
• Compelling
• Presented in logical sequence.
Technicalities and • How well is the video produced regarding 20%
organization continuity, timing, camera operation, sound
quality, editing and adherence to the time limit of 3
minutes (180 seconds) to/or 4 minutes (240
seconds)?
Factual Interest • How interesting and informative the video is? 10%
• The “more knowledgeable concepts” must catch
the attention of the viewers/spectators.

*The video which will be chosen the best will be posted on facebook for informational purposes.
