SYNOPSIS

1.TOPIC :TELANGANA KALA BHARATHI

Telangana kala bharathiis a multi art centre set up to provide an interactive

proximity between the verbal and performing arts. It provides spaces for
contemporary expression, thought, quest and innovation. Telangana kala
bharathi seek to provide a creative and thought provoking milieu to those
who wish to contribute something new and meaningful, in contemporary
scene in the fine arts, literature, theatre, cinema, dance and music. It aims at
housing some of the best and most lasting that is being created in our towns,
villages and forests.

ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE :

• A cluster of performance spaces, each possibly designed for a specific

purpose such as for dance,music or theatre, but multi-purpose as a
whole.

• A multi-use performance space that is intended for use by various

types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre.

• Many other spaces including art galleries,painting galleries and

sculpture galleries.

SOCIAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PROJECT:

• In every form of arts, the result of the effort of a single individual or

cluster of people so for good end product the proper training is
required for each individual.

• There is a strong feeling that no person be trained for any particular art;
he or she will have the necessary spark within himself or herself to
become an artist. But the need, for systematic training, has slowly
made people accepting the concept of formal training.

• Socially it is required to boost up the interest of the artists and mold

them into fine pieces for future.

2.MOTIVATION:

• As arts have special attachments to every individual in some way or

the other, a good exposure will be felt while working.

• Hence there is good scope of learning new things architecturally.

Challenge is there to design a single platform for the different forms.
 • There many issues to address like bringing all the dying arts of
Telangana into lime light and provide the artists a platform to
showcase their talent.

• The project would focus on the social and cultural issues faced by the
artists of Telangana and give them a platform to perform.

3.AIM:
• The primary aim of this project is to design the multi-purpose platform for all kinds of
arts ,performing spaces and galleries to exhibit their work.

4.OBJECTIVES EXTENDED:

• RESEARCH OBJECTIVES :

• To explore all kinds of art forms in Telangana and their significance ,the
historic influence of these arts on the people from the articles available
and books.

• Knowing the culture of Telangana from the people of Telangana and

trying to promote the same in the project.

• DESIGN OBJECTIVES :

• Generating an aura of interest inside the built up with more interaction

spaces formal and informal,happening environment, green spaces
and sittings.

• Enhancing more multi usage spaces including flexibility of spaces

during design

• Trying to depict the culture and traditions of Telanganato promote the

heritage.

• Applying the concepts of green architecture in building design as it is

going to be an iconic structure of the new state Telangana.

6.SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

• Collection of all traditional and contemporary arts forms under one

roof.

• Establishment of an international platform to accomplish goals of social

interactions and promoting Telangana culture.

• Designing something more appropriate that can better serve for all
forms of arts/culture.

• Trying to promote the arts,culture,architecture,traditions and heritage

of Telangana.

• Purposeful use of my skills and creativity with full inputs and passion.

7.LIMITATIONS :

• Limiting to the culture and art forms of Telangana only.

• Restricting to the visual and verbal and performing arts of Telangana
state.

• Providing only performance era not any institute for the art forms.

• Detail design of cellar parking.
