I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Graham balls have become popular sweet treats during school snack time,
kiddies parties, and even during formal events like wedding. Kids of all ages from all
walks of life can't resist the delectable taste of these homemade treats.
Through delicious treats displayed in the window or in website, it can help to

attract shoppers, it will not good for those who aren’t physically in the area. For this it is
necessary to have a name that leaves nothing but balls to desire.
The Bolas Dulces De Amor is a home-made product located at Atulayan Sur,

Tuguegarao City Cagayan. We serve graham balls open for all special occasion and also
for those who just crave for it. We are open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Graham balls are one of the most cost-effective, affordable and delicious snack
treats to sell. It's so easy to make that you can even encourage your kids to do it as
their business during summer break.
The primary goal of the business is to ensure that the cravings of the customer
will satisfy and to grow the business that would continue in the future. To provide good
products and services offer that is affordable and will meet customer’s satisfaction. To
make profit and to help those who needs job.

and services throughout the country. It also envisions as a number one in proposing a

affordable. To provide a unique good product and services that they don’t want to
forget. And we intend to generate and expand our business.

BOLAS DULCES DE AMOR is a combination of online selling and direct selling.

BOLAS DULCES DE AMOR is a home-based product located at Atulayan Sur,
Tuguegarao City Cagayan. Every person has a different responsibility to make the
business work. Task in doing graham are equally divided with the members.
We observed everybody wants graham balls whenever they are sad or happy,
also graham Balls are important in special events like birthdays and others. In every
event, sweet has the biggest role of all food because it represent that event is very
special. So, we decided to put up a home-made business.
First, we will be sharing the capital to put up a product and to buy things that we
need to make graham balls. Then we will distribute the task to complete our graham
balls, like the one who will do the buying of ingredients, making of graham balls, who
will be the treasurer and many more. When everything is settled, Bolas Dulces de Amor
is now ready to serve you.

Graham Ball consists of marshmallows dressed by sprinkles, a condensed milk

and crushed graham. In its physical appearance it is attractive that made it to be sold
easily. We are open accepting orders from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm every weekdays and
7:00 am to 5:00 pm every weekend. We serve grahams open for all special occasions
and also we are open for those who just crave for it. Orders can be accommodated
through our FB page or by calling us. We have different designs that can be displayed
and uploaded in our FB Page. Free taste for customers that are first timers should be
given.

Bolas Dulces De Amor is extremely unique and extra ordinary seasonal. Various
products are sold in cater volumes depending on the season or approaching holiday.
For example, the graham balls are low throughout the year except during holiday
seasons of thanksgiving and Christmas. Weddings and graduations are also
exemplifying the seasonality of the business as most weddings and graduations occur
during the summer months. In order to offset this extreme seasonality, Bolas Dulces de
Amor offers wide variety of graham balls and focuses not only on seasonal celebrations,
but also events that happen year round such as birthday and anniversaries. In addition,
the graham balls decorating classes will be offered year around and are not as affected
by the time of year.

also have the direct selling in the nearby barangays and we do sell in Eva’s Panciteria,
Emmanuel Panciteria and JT Fermin Junkshop.
PEOPLE
The business will not become successful without people or staff. We have two
people who will purchase our ingredients, and staffs who will be doing the said product.
Two treasurers who will compute and manage the expenses and four persons will do
the selling of the product.

Our home made product is open to everybody. It can be called stress reliever for
everybody to enlighten their mood. There are a lot of appearances of our product, there
is a round product and have different toppings. In packaging, the materials that we are
going to use plastic tupperware wherein the name of product is attached on it including
our contact number and location.
PROCESSING
Bolas Dulces de Amor is open every day. It opens orders at 7:00 am and the
closing time is 4:00 pm but that is only during weekdays and during Saturday and
Sundays we are open 7:00 am to 5: 00 pm.
