Suggested time: 30 mins or more

Materials: 3 plastic cups

Game play:
Start with the three cups stacked together on a table in front of you.
On go, you must complete 3 jumping jacks, then stack your three cups
in pyramid form to score a point. Complete 3 more jumping jacks then
take down your pyramid so that the cups are stacked together again
(like the start of the game) to score another point. Repeat to see how
many points you can score in one minute.

Want to make it more interesting?

Challenge a family member. Play as a whole family. Play in teams.

Add cups for your pyramid stack. Modify the exercise: perhaps
instead of jumping jacks, you must run around the table, complete a
small obstacle course… Be creative! Most of all be active, play
safe and HAVE FUN!
