2. Discussion/Analysis
You need some basic equipment to
start cooking or baking— essential items for
working in the kitchen. It is actually an
equipment that could provide convenience to
you and help your kitchen speed up the
cooking process. These are the equipment you
absolutely need in your kitchen; the ones
you’ll reach for more often than you think.
Whether you’re baking a cake or stirring up a
batch of cookies, cooking delicious meals or a
delicious soup, make sure you have this
equipment on hand before getting started.
Here’s a short list of cooking and baking
equipment.

Stove Cooking Equipment


These are the equipment used in cooking.
They are highly serviceable id used and
maintained correctly

1. Sauce pans and pots - used for cooking


meat and fishy dishes with gravy and
sauce

2. Kettle and rice cooker- used for


cooking rice and other foods

3. Carajay and frying pan - used for


frying, sauntering, and other recipes
prepared in fat.

4. Pressure cooker - is a modern


equipment used for making meat,
chicken, and other grains or legumes,
such as mungo and white beans,
tender. A pressure cooker shortens
cooking time.

Baking Equipment
Baking Equipment are used only in the
oven and never on top of the stove.

1. Loaf pans - are used for baking cakes

baking meat, loaves and flans

cookies and bread toasts

such as buko, pineapple, lemon-

Now class, let’s have another game.

Please stand and clear the center. Kindly


remove the chairs and put them to the side.

First, fall a double line facing to the


window.

Then, find your partner and face each


other.

This game is called “Grab the bottle”. In this


game, your partner will be your rival.

The one who grabs the bottle first will be


the winner.

This game has 3 rounds.

Winners in each rounds will step out of the


game and the losers will remain standing in
front and continue playing until 2 losers will
remain in the end.

the game through DLP)
