I. OBJECTIVES:
CONTENT STANDARD: The learner understands and appreciates the elements of contexts
of the 21st century Philippine literature from the regions.

PERFORMANCE STANDARD: The learner demonstrates understanding and appreciation


of 21st[ century literature from the regions through a written close analysis and critical
interpretation of a literary text in terms of form and theme with a description of its context
derived from research.

COMPETENCY:
 Produce a creative representation of a literary text by applying multimedia skills by:
a. choosing an appropriate multimedia form of interpreting a literary text (EN12Lit-Ie-31.1)
b. Applying information and communication technology skills in crafting an adaptation of a
literary text (EN12Lit-Ie-31.2)
c. Doing a self- and/or peer-assessment of the creative adaptation of a literary text, based on
a rationalized criteria, prior to presentation (EN12Lit-Ie-31.3)

 Let the learners prepare for their presentation. (20 minutes)

 Inform them of the rubrics set for the activity. (See attached grading rubrics)

2. During Activity
 Ask each group to perform their assigned literary text. Each group shall have 20

minutes to present their work.


3. Post Activity
 Instruct learners to answer the self-assessment sheet. (10 minutes)

 Inform the learners of their grade on the activity.
