Ingredients
Wedge Cheese - 226.8 gm(s) Coarsely Ground Mixed Pepper - as required

Chopped Walnuts - 2.0 tbsp Sliced Coarse-grain Or Crusty Bread - as


required

Method
1. If using a cheese round, peel rind from top of cheese. Place cheese round or wedge in a quiche
dish or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper and walnuts or pecans.

2. Bake in a 450°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is softened and just begins to melt. Serve
with bread slices or crackers. Makes 6 servings!
