Ingredients
Ripe Avocado - 1.0 pc Shallot Finely Chopped - 0.5 pc

Garlic Clove Crushed - 1.0 pc Lime Juice - as required

Salt To Taste - as required

Method
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and peel. Put the flesh in a bowl and mash
with a fork for a chunky texture.

2. Stir in the shallot, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour before
serving!
