Ingredients
Hot Italian Sausage - 14.17 gm(s) Refrigerated Pizza Crust - 396.89

Butter - 2.0 tbsp
Red Onion Chopped - 14.17 gm(s)
Garlic Cloves Minced - 2.0 pc
Alfredo Sauce - 1.0 cup
Dried Thyme - 0.5 tsp
Fresh Baby Spinach - 1.0 pkg
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - 2.0

Method
1. Crumble sausage into a large skillet and set over medium heat.

2. Cook, breaking up into small pieces, until sausage is cooked through.

3. Drain on paper towels and wipe out the skillet. Preheat oven to 425 °F and coat a
15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Press out the refrigerated pizza dough into prepared baking sheet.

5. Poke with a fork several times, then bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven.

6. While crust is baking: melt butter in the skillet over medium heat.

7. Add onion and mushrooms to melted butter and cook for about 8 minutes, until onion
is translucent and mushrooms are softened.

8. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Toss vegetables with Alfredo sauce and
dried thyme.

9. Pour vegetable mixture onto the baked pizza crust. Sprinkle with baby spinach,
cooked sausage, and Gouda.
10. Bake for about 12 more minutes to heat pizza through and melt cheeses completely.

11. Remove from oven, |slice| into pieces, and serve!
