Bread Salty

Ingredients
Flour - 3.0 cup Salt - 1.0 tsp

Cold Water - 0.5 cup Egg - 1.0 pc

Egg White - 1.0 pc Vinegar - 1.0 tsp

Butter - 3.0 tbsp

Method
1. Whip together water, egg, egg white and vinegar in a bowl. Let rest.

2. Mix together 3 cups of flour and salt, in another bowl.

3. Place the butter into flour mix using two butter knives.

4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the ingredients of the first bowl
in the center.

5. Mix the wet and dry ingredients with a fork until it becomes stiff.

6. Place the dough onto a flat surface sprinkled with flour. Knead it until the dough is
smooth.

7. Wrap the dough with plastic sheet and store in fridge for at least 1 hour, but never
more than 24 hours.

8. The dough is ready!
