Ingredients
Mayonnaise For White Sauce - 1.0 cup Milk For White Sauce - 0.25 cup

Lemon Juice For White Sauce - 4.0 tbsp Garlic Salt For White Sauce - 1.0 tsp

Oil For Fish Tacos - as required Tempura Batter Mix For Fish Tacos - 2.0 pkg

Beer For Fish Tacos - 1.0 can Salt For Fish Tacos - 1.0 tsp

Garlic Powder For Fish Tacos - 1.0 tsp Boneless Cod For Fish Tacos - 680.39 gm(s)

Corn Tortillas For Fish Tacos - 6.0 pc Shredded Cabbage For Fish Tacos - 2.0 cup

Limes For Fish Tacos - 2.0 pc

Method
For The Sauce:

1. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

2. Preheat a fryer or a deep pot halfway filled with oil to 375°F.

3. Mix 1 of the packages of batter, but only use 1/2 the required amount of water and use beer for
the remaining amount instead. Add the beer until the batter becomes almost like a heavy cream
consistency.

4. Using the other package of batter add salt and garlic powder, coat cod pieces with the dry mix,
then dip into prepared batter. Deep-fry for about 3 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked
through.

5. Place fried cod pieces on warmed corn tortillas, add white sauce to fish, a little shredded
cabbage and a squeeze of lime, to taste!
