     Purpose : Vacuum Piping-- Work

     Scope of Work: Shifting Of Pipe, Fabrication , Erection ,


    Painting

     Procedure :Unloading of SS 304 Pipes


    Stacking of Pipes.
    Shifting to Material (manually) to work place.
    Fabrication Of Pipe Support.
    Erection Of Pipe Support.
    Pipe Installation on Support.
    Welding of Pipes. (Fusion.) Height 3.5 Mtr.
    Testing of pipes.
    Valves Fittings.
    Painting of Pipes.

     Possible Hazard: - Cut Injury.

     Use of Equipment :- 1) Rectifiers ( Welding Machine)

    3) Spirit Levels

     Safety Helmet, Shoe, Reflective Jacket
