AGENDA:

1. ORIENTATION
The teachers were oriented and welcomed by the key teacher, Mrs. Freda B. Gragas.

2. Matters regarding on assign subject and class advisory on a 14 section of incoming

grade 11 ABM students for the school year 2020-2021. They were fourteen newly selected
advisers updated by Mrs. Sotto, Mr. Escuvania, and Mr. Corro. These are the following:
3. Learning Modality for the New Normal Class School Year 2020-2021
The school assistant principal, ABM 11 strand head, key teachers and the new class adviser
of grade 11 ABM students, they were agreed that the asynchronous and synchronous
learning modality will be used. And the school maintenance and barangay staff will be
assign for the retrieval of modules to the students after the sorting arranging of ABM 11 class
adviser.

4. The Upcoming ABM Strand Webinar and Orientation for the ABM 11 students’
Parents
The ABM 11 teachers’ were oriented about their assigned task on the upcoming ABM
strand webinar and orientation for the Abm 11 students’ parents on August 14, 2020 in the
afternoon.
 Mr. Aranaydo, Ms. Cenita, Ms. Ogoc, and Ms. Alag – prepare for theParents’ Orientation and
Webinar on Google Classroom, navigation, technical and the certification/ incentives for the
attendees’ parents,
 Mrs. Gragas – program of ABM 11 Parents’ Orientation and Webinar on Google Classroom
 Ms. Bitoon- research about the ABM 11 subjects content that will be used on PowerPoint presentation
on the upcoming ABM 11 parents’ orientation
 Mr. Antonio- prepares the PowerPoint Presentation of ABM 11 Parents’ orientation and Webinar on
Google Classroom
 Mr. Corro and Ms. Macha- assigned for the presentation of ABM Grade 11 Students’ sectioning and
the Class advisers’ informational background
 Mr. Redondo – assigned for the Audio- Visual presentation of Prayer and National Anthem.

6. Others:
 Ms. Dearla Bitoon will be assigned for the documentation of Parents’ Orientation
 Ms. Ma. Paula Angelika will be assigned for the documentation of Webinar on Google Classroom
 The ABM 11 teachers will allow starting on contacting the upcoming Grade 11 ABM students on July
31 onwards.
 School Maintenance and Barangay staff will help the teachers for the retrieval of students’ modules.
