SP OFFICE ANTI-COVID 19 MEASURES

Greetings!

In view of the threat posed by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Office of the
Sanggunian Panlungsod (SP), which occupies the ground floor of the City Legislative
Building, East Poblacion, City of Naga, Cebu, is respectfully submitting its new normal
measures to prevent the spread of this deadly viral disease as enumerated herein as
follows:
1. The office will set up a desk right at the rear entrance door to receive documents
e.g. communication letters, request for legislative action such as resolution or
ordinance. All requests must be left at the receiving table through the assigned
officer of the day (OD);

2. The OD will record the submitted documents in an official SP log book,

indicating the subject, time, name and signature of the visitor or courier; and

3. The SP may only allow visitors to enter the building on matters of great
importance or the circumstances may warrant subject to the established
hygienic practices -- temperature check, handwashing with soap, hand sanitizing
with alcohol, and stepping on the foot mat with disinfectant at the entrance.

In this regard, the SP is hereby requesting for the setting up of the following health
facility:
1. A lavatory for handwashing with soap at the entrance door; and

2. A receiving table with acrylic/glass cover for the OD. (The SP already has a digital
handy temperature being handled by the duty guard, alcohol and foot mat).
