Check in - ​What kind of a day have you had so far today? (7:10)

Melvin​ - It has been a busy day with the OC work, but yeah I went out for a stroll today
and it was even more tensed due to the traffic in the city.

Yakshit - ​Its been hectic and tiring as have not got much time to rest and have things
back to back.

AGENDA (7:19)

Yakshit - ​So mainly we’re going to talk about the exchange participants and the status
of their application that you must be aware of.
So some of the participants were in a APD break due to the COVID 19 and the in total
of 8 EP’s for Aqua 3 are in a APD break ( Kornelia, Katrin, Hai Ha Do, in these 1 is from
the last year.
There are 10 APD’S in total in P.A.W and Aqua, and important information is that some
EP’s in Ukraine and Vietnam don’t have intern visa but they must come through the
Business Visa or if they are coming by Tourist Visa they must send us an Email stating
that AIESEC in Chennai will not responsible if they are not allowed through this visa in
any legal checkpoints or if they get deported.

Ghita Sebti, this EP is not on an APD break but there is an high chance she will not be
coming..

Hai ho Do is an APD break and Sophie Kots is in preparation phase but havent said a
fixed realization date, Leonie Jessinger applied already but went to an APD break and
applied again.

Make sure to keep a track of the expected EP’s to get realized, for all the EP’s IL has
been sent.
There are 5 expected EP’s

In Operation P.A.W
Quynh and Kristina have not given new dates and are unresponsive , make sure it is
being followed up

In Project Aqua
Leonie was approved again after APD break, Michaela is a APD break and Lin Tran &
Iga are in the preparation phase and IL has been sent there must be follow up.

Before Nguyen all the EP’s applied before are from the 2019 second semester.

Amanda isnt sure of her dates

Daria is 100%confident to come but concerned if she will have other members also
joining her.

Make sure you have a proper track of the EP’s coming down.

The only things that has been shared with the EP’s are the IL and the required booklets.
No other part of preparation phase has been taken yet.

pictures? 
 
 
Melvin- ​That is really a tough question if it comes to an extreme point I would lose my
money but i would want to keep the pictures coz the invaluable and it really means a lot
to every person, but lucky are we, that we have cloud backups these days.

Yakshit - ​I would rather lose pictures than money as I can do all the things again and
regain the pictures as the real memories for me are the experiences and not the
pictures.
