Definitions:
1. Problem solving and critical thinking refers to the ability to use knowledge, facts, and data to
effectively solve problems. This doesn't mean you need to have an immediate answer, it means

5. Cross cultural understanding simply refers to the basic ability of people to recognize, interpret
and correctly react to people, incidences or situations that are open to misunderstanding due
to cultural differences

6. Computer literacy is defined as the knowledge and ability to utilize computers and related


technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use
to computer programming and advanced problem solving.
