Good afternoon John Smith,

As you may be aware, flu season is in full swing this year. Despite taking the necessary
safety precautions such as having hand sanitizer stations at the entrance, hand
sanitizer on each table in the building, and social distancing, many of our members still
ended up catching the flue.

Since the flu is traveling so quickly throughout the day program, we regret to inform you
that the day program will be closed for at least 2 weeks until we are sure that there is no
flu hanging around. When the day program once again becomes operational, we will be
sending out another round of e-mails to all members.
