Dear Ms. Capistrano,

Good day!

I am Angelica Christine Palattao Ponce; I took the entrance exam in your school and passed with the
score of 96%. We also paid for a reservation slot not later January 16, 2020. I am applying for Nursing
Course. However, we didn’t get the chance to pay the tuition fee since we have encountered financial
problem. The payment got delayed and we are hoping that you could still permit us to pay for it for full
semester so that she could enter the university.

I am fully aware that I already missed some of my classes but I swear that I will do my best to coordinate
with my professors and I will also complete all the activities and lessons that I have already missed. I am
also deeply sorry for not having to scan my signature in this email letter since we don’t have a scanner
but I will send you a printed copy of my letter of request which already have my signature in it. I am
sincerely hoping that you could grant my request and that I could be one of your students.
