Process flow to dispatch conversion yarn

The following steps are taken to dispatch the converted yarn:

1. Planning conversion dispatch program is made by Raza haroon and send to Hamood sahib.
2. Hamood sahb receives the dispatch program review and designs the dispatch plan accordingly.
3. The dispatch plan is then sent to Ovais Raza who then sorts the plan and send it to the mill.
4. Mill receives the dispatch plan, analyzes it, and prepares the packing list, then emails it to
Hamood Haroon.
5. Hamood sahb receives the packing list and intimates Ovais Raza to create delivery order
6. Ovais Raza then creates the delivery order, prints the delivery order excel file and sends for
approval to Hamood sahb
7. Hamood sahb loads the transport, signs off the delivery order, sends it to Naveed sahb, and
mails to mill.
8. Mills receives the delivery along with the delivery order, one copy of which is given to the
transporter, which is then sent to mill gate.
9. Transporter unloads the fabric at the dying mill, takes receiving and sends to Hamood sahb.
10. Dying mill receive greige fabric which is then sent for dying.
11. When the fabric is dyed, packing list is sent by the email to Ameen sahb.
12. Ameen sahb receives the mail and intimates Hamood sahb to lift dyed fabric.

Process flow for fabric sale

The following steps should be taken where fabric sales:

1. Raza Haroon prepares the planning dispatch program which is sent to Ovais Raza and Hamood
sahb
2. Hamood shab receives the dispatch program review and designs the dispatch plan accordingly.
3. Which is then sent to Ovais Raza, who then sorts the plan and emails it to the mill.
4. Mill receives the dispatch plan, analyzes it, and prepares the packing list, then emails it to
Hamood Haroon.
5. Hamood sahb receives the packing list, Loads the transport and intimates Ovais Raza to create
delivery order party wise
6. Ovais Raza then creates the delivery order, prints the delivery order excel file and sends for
approval to Hamood sahb
7. Hamood sahb signs off on the delivery order then sends it to Naveed sahb and mails to mill.
8. Mills receives the delivery along with the delivery order, one copy of which is given to the
transporter, which is then sent to the mill’s gate.
9. Upon delivery, transporter unloads the fabric and takes receiving, which is sent to Hamood sahb
via courier or local transport.
10. Costumer receives fabric and does further inspection.
a. If defects are found, sales rejection and return process starts.
b. If there are no defects, then process end.

Process flow for fabric sale rejection and return:
The following steps should be taken where fabric sales are rejected and there is a return:

1. Costumer receives the fabric perform further inspection,

a. If defects are found, emails are sent to Naveed sahb and Ilyas sahb
b. If there are no defects, then process end.
11. Naveed sahb and Ilyas sahb receive query and intimate Hamood sahb via whatsapp to arrange
vehicle. Hamood sahb arranges the vehicle to lifts the fabric from costumer.
12. The transporter lifts the fabric from costumer and unloads it at Nooriabad.
13. Gate inwards pass is created, then folding department proceeds for inspection with customer
debit note
14. Fabric is inspected and and inspection report is prepared
15. All these documents i.e. Debit Note, Inspection Report, Inward Gate Pass are sent to Ilyas sahb
via Email.
16. Ilyas sahb updates it on excel intimate tax department to create d/c note.
17. Tax department create debit/credit note and send one copy to Ilyas sahb.
