Directions: Make an evaluation of yourself by answering the following questions

and write it in narrative form:

1. Who am I?

2. What are my strengths and weaknesses?

3. What are my goals and aspirations in life?

4. How can I achieve or maintain high self-esteem?

5. Can I be a self-actualized person?

I am kind of person who really loves to engage in sports and outdoor activities
like basketball, badminton, volleyball, swimming, etc. These activities make me feel
happy because it is my passion and desire, as well as, it makes me feel relax from
getting sweat throughout engaging those activities. Aside from that, I really like also
to engage in accounting works because I find it fun when I making computation and
recording of transactions despite its difficulties in nature. I am sometimes an introvert
person where I can feel comfortable to be alone by myself that’s why I don’t want to
be with so many people around me because noisy environment makes me bothered
in which I cannot focus well in my doings.
Moreover, my strengths are my friends, family, and most of all our God.
Firstly, my friends are my source of strength because they are there for me when I
need help especially in school works and academic activities. They are my
happiness when I feel sad that’s why I never feel alone and lonely when I am with
them. Secondly, my family, they are really my strength both in my personal and
academic life. Specifically, my parents are always my first responder in solving my
problems. They always provide me my needs as much as they can just to make me
happy. Lastly, our God, nothing is powerful than Him. He is the main source of my
strength throughout my life. When I feel down life, I always pray to Him to guide me
and give more knowledge and health so I can pursue the tough life I walk through.
Furthermore, my weaknesses are being shy type person and having low self-esteem
but I trying to make it better and to become someone that has strong personality and
confidence.
In addition, my goals and aspirations in life are to graduate, to become a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), to pay back my parents, to have a house and
happy family. On the other hand, to maintain my high self-esteem is to engage my
self in leadership seminar and workshops, participate to extracurricular activities in
school, get engage in speech or talks in front of many people, and lastly build self-
confidence. Eventually, I can be a self-actualized person by fulfilling and doing what
have I desire in to become successful in life
