Area Required As per UG-37 ( c)
A = d*tr*F + 2*tn*tr*F*(1 - fr1) = 0.090 cm2

Area available from FIG. UG-37.1

A1 = larger of the following = d*(E1*t - F*tr) - 2*tn*(E1*t - F*tr)*(1 - FR1)
= 2*(t + tn)*(E1*t - F*tr) - 2*tn*(E1*t - F*tr)*(1 - FR1)

So

d*(E1*t - F*tr) - 2*tn*(E1*t - F*tr)*(1 - FR1) = 8.274 cm2

2*(t + tn)*(E1*t - F*tr) - 2*tn*(E1*t - F*tr)*(1 - FR1) = 2.070 cm2

Total Area Provided

Area = A1 + A2 + A3 + A41 + A42 + A43 + A5

Provided Area must be greater then Calculated Area as per UG-

Bending generated
fb = [ (Pi * e / Ix / c)] + [ F (3/4L)/ (Ix / c)]

c (distance to centre of gravity) = 0.2247 inches

Where "e" is the eccentricity of bolt from vessel outer dia
Value for "e" = 28 mm = 1.102 inches
fb = 0.0841 kips = 374.176 N

At Test Conditions

Axial Compression

fa = Wt/NA

Where A (cross sectional area) = 0.882 inch2 = 6.081 Mpa

fa = 0.146 kips / in2 = 1.008 Mpa

Bending

fb = Wt*e / ( N * (Ix/c))
= 0.509 kips / in2 = 3.512 Mpa

The maximum Compressiev Stress in the column

f= fa + fb
= 0.655 kips/ in2 = 4.519 Mpa

Allowable bending stress Fb = 0.6 x Fy

= 148.927 Mpa
= 21.600 Kips/in2

Allowable Axial Stress Fa = 118 Mpa

= 17.114 Kips/in2

For fa / Fa <= 0.15 = 0.009 <= 0.15

Equation to be utilized
[ (fa / Fa) + (fb/Fb)] <= 1

thus
0.032 <= 1

So Structure is Safe to carry the load
