A pandemic is an epidemic of an infectious disease that has spread across a large region, for

instance multiple continents or worldwide. This event drastically changes the livelihood of many
people in the society. Even though a lockdown is implemented to alleviate the situation, it can
negatively affect day-to-day life.
Problem Statement: A study on the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown on the
academic performance of Cornwall College students from grade 11-13.
