RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF RESOLUTION NO. 53, SERIES OF

2016, PASSED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BULA, THIS CITY,
ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE 2017 BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) STRATEGIC PLAN OF LGU-BARANGAY BULA,
GENERAL SANTOS CITY

WHEREAS, for review of this Sanggunian pursuant to Paragraph (a)(1)(i),

Section 458 of republic act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of
1991 is Resolution No. 53, Series of 2016, passed by the Sangguniang Barangay of
Bula, this City, entitled:

“A Resolution Adopting and Approving the 2017 Barangay

Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) Strategic Plan of
LGU – Barangay Bula, General Santos City”

WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the provisions of the subject Barangay

Resolution under review, this Sanggunian finds the same to be in order and, hereby,
declares the same to be within the prescribed powers of the Sangguniang Barangay
to pass;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor _____________________,

duly seconded by City Councilors ______________, _______________, be it -

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to affirm the validity of Resolution No.

no. 53, Series of 2016, passed by the Sangguniang Barangay of Bula, this City,
Adopting and Approving the 2017 Barangay Council for the Protection of
Children (BCPC) Strategic Plan of LGU-Barangay Bula, General Santos City
