JVM FEST - 2020-21

Dear Children,

It is a pleasure and a privilege to invite multi-talented students of Jawahar Vidya Mandir to

participate in JVM FEST 2020-21 a cornucopia of literacy and cultural online
competitions, to be held from 17.12.2020 to 23.12.2020. We are looking forward to an
enthusiastic and whole hearted participation from Classes 1 to 12. The details of the
competition, Groups and Final Programme are enclosed for your perusal.

Students have been divided into the following groups

All participants will have to send their entries by 10.12.2020 as per instructions given
event wise for selection into final round of events. The entries can be sent on the event
wise link provided in event wise instruction sheet. The entries sent on other link will not
be entertained.

Rules and Guidelines to participate in various events:

Event 1: Elocution: (English)

CLASS GROUP SECTION

3,4,5 B Upper Primary
6&7 C Sub Junior

11 & 12 E Senior

• Time limit : 3 minutes(SHOULD NOT EXCEED)

• Last date for uploading the video is 10th December, 2020 for selection in finals.
• Total 10 entries will be selected from each Group for finals.
• You are expected to participate in the Competition in School Uniform.
• In the beginning of the video introduce yourself by mentioning your name, class
and section in School Uniform.

Note: Students may select Poems or Speeches for elocution.

Event 2: Elocution: (Hindi)

1. Full costume and make up
2. No dance based on songs from movies will be allowed.

Event 5: Painting Exhibition

• Entry for painting is open for students of Senior Secondary Section (Classes 11
& 12) only.
• Please upload a passport size photograph along with the painting. On both the
photograph and the painting write your name, class and section.
• Last date for submitting the painting is 10th December, 2020.
