Ang Paruparo at ang Tipaklong

Sa kuwentong "Ang paruparo at ang Tipaklong", makikita ang masaya at pagkakaisa ng mga maliliit na
maga nilalang. Ipinakikita ng kuwento ang mga likas na katangian ng mga ito upang mapanatili ang
buhay at makatulong sa iba na mabuhay. Ang mga tauhan ay ang sumusunod:

May tipaklong at paruparo sa isang hardin. Naninirahan sila dito nang masaya't payapa. Ang tipaklong ay
kulay berde samantalang ang paruparo ay dilaw at kahel. Kumakain ng insekto ang tipaklong at ang
paruparo naman ay nabubusog sa nektar ng mga bulaklak.

Ang Aksidente

Isang araw, naaksidente sa paglipad ang tipaklong at ito'y bumagsak. Nawalan ang tipaklong ng malay
kaya't agad siyang tinulungan ng paruparo nang makita siya.

Ang mga langgam noon ay nagmamartsa pauwi kasama ang kanilang reyna at hari. Ang isa sa mga
sundalong langgam ay tumawag sa kanilang kolonya ng doktor. Nang nakita ng doktor na langgam si
tipaklong at sinabing: "Malubha ang kanyang kalagayan. Sana'y gumaling siya sa ibibigay kong lunas".

Nang marinig iyon ng paruparo ay para itong nabunutan ng tinik. Hinintay niyang magising ang nawalan
ng malay niyang kaibigang tipaklong. Nang magbukas ang mga mata ng tipaklong, nagulat siyang makita
ang paruparo sa kanyang tabi, nagbabantay.

Kinuwento ng paruparo ang lahat ng nangyari sa tipaklong at nagpasalamat si tipaklong. Tumanaw ito ng
utang na loob lalo't nagawa pa nitong tumawag ng maggagamot sa kanya. Naghapunan ang dalawa't
nagpaalam sa isa't isa. Nangako ang dalawa na magkikitang muli.

Ang Pagtanaw ng Utang-na-loob

Nang pauwi na ang paruparo, nasalubong niya ang sundalong langgam na sumaklolo sa tipaklong. Sinabi
ng langgam na mamamatay na sa gutom ang kaniyang pamilya. At dahil naramdaman ng paruparo na
dapat matulungan niya ang langgam, dinala niya ito sa kanyang tahanan. Umupo naman ang langgam sa
hapagkainan.

Habang nasa kusina ang paruparo, binuksan niya ang kanyang lalagyan ng mga naipong nektar noong
tag-araw. Kaya ang mga ito ay masasarap. Ibinigay niya ang lalagyan na ito sa langgam.

Tuwang-tuwa ang sundalong langgam at nakiusap itong buksan ang tsiminea para agad nang maluto ang
nektar sa lalagyan at maging asukal.  Ginamit rin ng sundalo ang telepono para tawagin ang iba pang
langgam para may katulong ito sa pagdadala ng naluto pabalik ng kanilang kaharian.

Nang makarating ang mga ito, pinainom pa ng paruparo ang mga langgam na silang uhaw na uhaw sa
pagmartsa. Ang lahat ng langgam ay nagpasalamat nang buong puso kay paruparo.

puwedeng mamamatay dahil sa gutom, hindi niya ipinagkait ang kung ano ang mayroon siya? Bakit?
Dahil hindi niya din ito pakikinabangan kung hindi rin naman siya buhay pa.
Makikita na naging mapagpatuloy siya sa kaniyang tahanan at inilaan niya ang pinakamabuti sa kaniyang
ari-arian. Tunay na tunay ang kaniyang hangarin na maging mapagbigay. Itinuturing niyang kasing halaga
ng kaniyang ar-arian ang buhay ng mga langgam na ito.

mature fruit trees will absorb as much CO2 as would be produced by driving 26,000 miles.
Reduced Energy Costs
Fruit trees in the home garden help you to save energy and reduce the cost of utilities, such as electric
and water. Although mild Mediterranean climates seldom experience the heat of summer that some
climate zones experience, a fruit tree providing shade for your home can reduce the need for cooling
on the occasional hot day. When partial shade-loving plants are incorporated near your fruit tree, they
lose less water through evaporation on sunny days, reducing the need for supplemental watering.
Lawns shaded by fruit trees are also healthier and more vibrant, because they do not lose moisture or
become scorched by the sun.
Storm Water Management
In urban settings with few trees, storm water management is often a problem. Although storm water
seems harmless, without proper absorption runoff water gathers and carries pollutants that travel to
streams, rivers and, ultimately, the ocean. This runoff also leads to erosion on hillsides and slopes.
Fruit trees help to eliminate some storm water management problems and erosion by absorbing some
of the runoff and using it for hydration after a rainstorm. If your yard is particularly soggy, the
addition of a tree may help alleviate some of your drainage problems.

lands of banana plantation. He produces five to six million boxes of Cavendish bananas and exports
these to Middle East and other countries in Asia.
