LDM ARTIFACT REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
The COVID-19 Pandemic has created drastic change in our educational system.
From traditional method to several distance learning approaches, to name a few we
have Modular Distance Learning, and Online Learning Delivery where teaching is done
remotely. Technology suddenly becomes an important lifeline. While this works well
with others who are adept in technological advancement, fact remains that still majority
of the learners even teachers still lag behind.
Learning Delivery Modality Course is very essential for learning to continue
amidst the pandemic. A strong support to teachers to endure with all the adjustments in
terms of learning delivery, the production of learning materials, and challenges in using
technology. LDM helps the teachers set their professional development goals and its
attainment. It helps us in assessing ourselves by identifying our strength and
weaknesses. This further strengthens working relationship among colleagues through
peer coaching and mentoring.
