and copy the speaker. I speak loudly and try to sound exactly like the audio. I do this five

record myself. Then I compare my recording to AJ’s pronunciation. I notice where my
pronunciation is different than AJ’s. I do this five times or more.

On days 4 and 5, I track the training audio. While listening to the audio, I speak
out loud. I try to speak at the same time as AJ and I try to exactly copy AJ’s
pronunciation. I speak loudly and walk while doing tracking whenever possible. I do this
tracking technique at least five times a day. More is better.
