Note:1.6o MLD Forest Clearance: - Regarding NOC Forest Clearance Forest Secretary Nepal's house has raised the quarry for getting the FRA certificate from DC Saraikela. For
getting the certificate one report to be submitted from SDM Saraikela. One District level committee to be formed for FRA /NOC. For further process, Nazri naksha submitted to SDM,
Saraikela on 02.07.2021.

2.Land schedule of Entire network of Water pipeline: Land schedule received on 07.07.2020 from C.O. Gamaharia Office. For tattered khata khatiyan pending with Rajkiya
Mundralay Patna and Abhilekhagar Officer, Chaibasa although two letters we have received for nonavailability of khata khatiyan from Land Reform Department Saraikela
Kharsawan & Settlement department East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. We received some records of Khata Khatian from Chaibasa and the same has been submitted to
C.O.Gamharia.CO gamhariya send the fiel to the DC seraikela on 27.03.2021 after that DC seraikela return file (khata khatiyan ) to the CO Gamharia.Again CO Gamharia submits the
file to DC Saraikela for getting the certification on 481 nos plots from Rajya Chhtriya Bandobast Karyalay, Ranchi.
