AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

We, REMEDIOS ESCLETO, SOFIA DE LOS SANTOS, ELENA

MONDERO, NENITA DECENA, ROSITA RODICA, and ROMEO GANAT all of
legal age, Filipino citizen, and all residents of Brgy. Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, do by these
presents hereby state:

1. That we are the surviving heirs of Teotino Decena;

2. That said Teotino Decena, left a parcel of land, with title no. 2740, situated at
Brgy. Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo;

3. That we acknowledge that it is Editha Dadan (also one of the heirs), who
personally processed and financed the litigation in relation to the above-specified
parcel of land;

4. That we acknowledge the efforts of Editha Dadan to make the parcel of land
clean from any legal predicament;

5. That being so, we undertake to reimburse Editha Dadan of Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos (P250, 278.00) in total or Forty
One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Pesos (P41, 713) for each of us, which is
corresponding to the amount she spent on the said litigation;

6. That unless and until, we reimburse Editha Dadan, we undertake not to utilize,
nor enter the subject parcel of land;

7. That no force, threat, coercion, violence or intimidation was applied to us in the

execution of our undertaking as the same was done, freely and voluntarily;

8. That this Undertaking was translated to us in Ilonggo Dialect which we fully

understand.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
