SEMI DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN
INTRODUCTION TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE HUMAN PERSON
I. Objectives

At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to


1. To understand the intersubjectivity,
2. To appreciate the talents of persons with disabilities and those from
underprivileged sectors,
3. To perform activities demonstrating the talents of persons with disabilities and
those from underprivileged sectors.

II. Subject Matter


A. Topic: Intersubjectivity
B. References: Introduction to the Philosophy of the Human Body, Christine
Carmela R. Ramos, PhD,
C. Materials:
Chalkboard, chalk, LCD Projector

III. Procedure
A. Preparation
Start with a prayer, then greet the students and ask them to seat properly.
Checking of attendance.
B. Motivation
Question and Answer. The teacher will ask the students how they describe human
being.
C. Presentation
After which, the teacher will introduce the topic which is “Intersubjectivity.”
D. Discussion
The teacher will discuss and realize to the students that
“Intersubjectivity Requires Accepting Differences and Not to Impose on
Others” that they should respect one another despites of their differences.
That the PWD’s and those from the unprivileged sectors should be given a
chance to showcase their different abilities and talents and be equally
treated as normal human being.

E. Generalization
The teacher will ask the students who can summarize the lesson that has been
tackled.
F. Application
Ask the students how can they be sensitive of others need and how they cope up
about it.

IV. Evaluation
The teacher will ask the students to explain the existentialists belief: “We are
responsible for more than what we becomes of us; we are also responsible for what
becomes of others.”

2. To evaluate the formation of human relationship and how individuals are
shaped by their social contexts,
3. To compare different forms of societies and individualities.

III. PROCEDURE
A. Preparation

Question and Answer. The teacher will ask the students to recall their last post in
their blog, facebook, or Instagram. Then, share it to the class.
C. Presentation
After which, the teacher will introduce the topic which is “The Human Person in
Society.”
D. Discussion
The teacher will discuss the advantages and dis-advantages of
using social media and make the learners recognize how individual form
societies and how individuals are transformed by societies and also
compare the different forms of societies and individualities.

E. Generalization
The teacher will ask the students who can summarize the lesson that has been
tackled.
F. Application
Ask the students how technology transform the way we live.

G. Evaluation
The teacher will ask the students to explain the one of Carol’s noteworthy
suggestions for reflection on friendship: “Who is a ‘friend’?”
