A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. MAYOR RAMIL VENTENILLA,

MANGATAREM, PANGASINAN TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF 5 PCS. OF TWO- WAY RADIOS FOR THE USE OF UR MEMBERS FOR OUR
REGULAR MEETINGS OF GUARDIANS GRACE, MANGATAREM CHAPTER;

WHEREAS, the GUARDIANS GRACE MANGATAREM CHAPTER had a meeting and

was brought out to deliberation;

WHEREAS, the said 5 pcs. of TWO- WAY RADIOS has no enough funds because of
the limited fund of our chapter;

NOW THEREFORE upon the motion of all members of GUARDIANS GRACE

MANGATAREM CHAPTER to request from the good office of HON. MOYOR RAMIL
P. VENTENILLA of MANGATAREM, PANGASINAN to allocate funds for the
purchase of 5 pcs. of TWO- WAY RADIOS at the said chapter be it;

RESOLVED to transmit this resolution to the good office of HON. MAYOR RAMIL P.
VENTENILLA, MANGATAREM, PANGASINAN for his reference, appropriate action
and approval.
