LEARNING MATERIAL ACTIVITY

*The descriptive essay is a genre of essay to describe something—object, person, place,

experience, emotion, situation, etc.

ANALYSIS
*To analyze means to break a topic or concept
down into its parts in order to inspect and
understand it, and to restructure those parts in
a way that makes sense to you.

Answer the following questions. Align your answer from what you have
observed.

Q1. How did the classroom organization and routine affect the learner’s behavior?

The learners' conduct is influenced by classroom organization and routines

because if the classroom and routines are well-organized, the students will be
motivated to learn. It will create a positive learning environment for the pupils since
they will know that everything is well-organized so ever. Under those circumstances,
they are considerably more likely to behave well, pay attention, and complete their
tasks.
LEARNING MATERIAL ACTIVITY

Q2. What should the teacher have in mind when she/he designs the classroom
organization and routines? What theories and principles should you have in mind?

As a future educator, a teacher should consider appropriate classroom

organization and procedures that are also compatible with her or his pupils'
preferences. The routines should be basic and easy to follow and they should also give
adequate time for each activity. Last the theories and principles should I have in
mind, I will include the proper placement of tables and chairs, good ventilation and
minimal cause for distractions.

Q3. Which behavior strategies were effective in managing the behavior of the
learners? In motivating students? Why were they effective?

REFLECTION
*Reflective observation: watching others or
developing observations about one's own
experience. *Abstract conceptualization:
creating theories to explain observations.

Write your reflection below. Use “reflective observation” and “abstract
