Comments: During inspection the engine check oil and coolant level found ok. Connect e.t and check data.
Found engine was shutdown many times due to low oil pressure. Came to know from maintanance team that
engine has oil consumption beyond normal. Approx 50 L between service intarval.
Try to start engine. Found engine r.p.m not reaching beyond 100 r.p.m. and battery is draining very fast .
Check engine by rotate manually and found it is tight slightly from before. To clear doubt we have replaced
self starter and install new battery and also connect more battery in parallel but found engine r.p.m is less
than 100.
From load side there is no load which may cause for this. Injectors also replaced few months ago.
All parameters are ok to start engine. But due to low r.p.m combustion not happening.
From engine history ii is suspected that some intalnal load is there and may be due to lack of compression
leakage combustion not happening.
Engine has excessive oil consumption, heavy blow by, oil testing report found copper , tin and iron wahich
indicates internal wear of engine.

It is advisable to repair engine completely.
