they really exist in this world?

Let us read orally through pop reading the story “Biag ni Lam-Ang”.
Afterwards, you are going to read the story silently.

1. Who is the main character of the story?
2. What are the unbelievable or extraordinary strengths or might that Lam-Ang could
do?
Can humans possibly do these? Why?
3. What are other unbelievable events that happen in the story?
4. What events in the story are actually happening in our lives?
5. Do you believe in the story? Why?

Children, the things that are unbelievable or extraordinary, supernatural, make-believe


events or things are called Fantasy. While things or events that are actually happening or true
are called Reality.

Read carefully what is written on the meta cards. Distinguish which among them is
reality or fantasy. Place them on the proper chart. Determine if the sentence tells reality or
fantasy. Write your answer on the blank.

4. A turtle’s shell is hard and strong.
