Indonesian Work Cultures

The work culture in Indonesia expects employees to behave and talk in a

particular way for a purpose. There are six common work cultures that most
employees in Indonesia follow through on their day to day working routine:
addressing the superiors, wearing working attires, giving private
criticism, working near deadlines, making co-workers as friends, and
having employee outing. Although these work cultures may sometimes be
difficult for foreigners to understand, nonetheless, foreigners who
understand these work cultures will likely to succeed working in Indonesia.
