COMMUNITY PLANNING
January 24-26, 2022
At the end of the discussion, the group will come up with concrete and feasible suggestions as to how
the present community can respond effectively to the ratified Community Statement of Goals(CSG).
Suggestions must be in the form of programs and activities that are doable and achievable for all.
Preliminaries:
1. Each Group shall be provided with action plan template, a copy of the newly ratified goals for
their particular formative goal and last semester’s FGD outputs for guidance.
2. The Groups may see and evaluate whether the activities of the first semester are helpful and
formative and may propose to continue them in this semester. However, if the activities, as per
the groups assessment, are of lack or ineffective they may remove, alter or improve such
activities.
3. The group elects or appoints a secretary who will take down and record the group’s suggested
programs and activities.
4. FGD outputs will be presented to the community by a group representative.
5. Hard Copies must be submitted to the Sub-Beadle for filing and collation. Electronic copies are
to be uploaded to the SJS Community 21-22 FB page with the file name (e.g. FGD-
LEARNING).
