Sub: Approval for the reimbursement of the expense incurred to repair the damage
Boom Barrier, Controller motherboard and IO board of WB1 and WB4
respectively.

Sir,

In inviting reference to the subject cited above, we would like to draw your attention
toward the damaged caused to WB1 Boom Barrier, WB4 Controller motherboard, IO
board on 18th Sep’21 at 11.16 am and on 13th Sep’21 at 11:20 am respectively due to short
circuit. The incident was reported by Mr. Kalandi Charan Mohanta, System Support
Engineer at Baliparbat Stockyard, Daitari.

As the damage was severe we have to get it repaired from service center. Once, we have
the bill we will raise the same for reimbursement as it is not covered under AMC.

We are therefore requesting your good office to consider the above request for the
reimbursement of the service charge which will be incurred for repairing the damage
Boom barrier, Controller motherboard and IO board.
