Situation: You are a 1st-year college student and want to prepare yourself for the upcoming school year. To prepare for the upcoming SY, you have decided to create a Daily Routine Journal that will improve oneself, develop the whole
person, cope with stress, enhance the powers of mind and be more efficient while working on your upcoming tasks. With what you have learned about yourself from your Personal Development journey, you are now to think critically
and make a concrete plan on ways to enhance one’s mental state to prepare yourself on your college studies. This will be presented by creating a Daily Routine Journal which contains the following: 1. Date and Time 2. the situation
(what happened; how did I think, feel, and act?) 3. Ways to manage oneself, cope with stress, and manage mental state. The ways to manage oneself, cope with stress, and manage mental state must be based on the situation or what
happened to you on that day.
