This course makes senior high school students aware of the developmental stage that they are in, for them to better understand themselves and the significant people around them as they make
important career decisions as adolescents. The course consists of modules, each of which addresses a key concern in personal development. Using the experiential learning approach, each module invites
students to explore specific themes in their development. Personal reflections, sharing, and lectures help reveal and articulate relevant concepts, theories, and tools in different areas in psychology.

Situation: You are a 1st-year college student and want to prepare yourself for the upcoming school year. To prepare for the upcoming SY, you have decided to create a Daily Routine Journal that will improve oneself, develop the whole
person, cope with stress, enhance the powers of mind and be more efficient while working on your upcoming tasks. With what you have learned about yourself from your Personal Development journey, you are now to think critically
and make a concrete plan on ways to enhance one’s mental state to prepare yourself on your college studies. This will be presented by creating a Daily Routine Journal which contains the following: 1. Date and Time 2. the situation
