TABLE 5. LESSONS LEARNED

SMEPA
KRA Lessons Learned
ACCESS The school 100% followed the health protocol of not allowing pupils to go to school except in a very minimal number as in undergoing remedial
instruction to a very limited number of pupils in the limited number of hour. * The teacher constantly checking their pupils by online call and
video calling. * The school regularly do the quarterly DRRM activities. * The teaching staff do the child mapping annually to ensure that no
child is left behind during enrolment

During Brigada Eskwela, parents of Brgy. Guiset, actively participated in cleaning the school ground. Some do the repair of classrooms seats. *
The intervention done by the teachers during the pandemic situation is giving Extra Learning Activities Sheets and Task commensurate to the
QUALITY and RELEVANCE
intellectual learning of the pupils whether in remediation or in enhancement. This is also done in home visitation and in constantly calling them
up in the cellphone and video calling.

Liquidated the downloaded MOOE Fund on time. We keep on instilling in both the learners and parents' mind that life and education has to go
GOVERNANCE on despite the risks of pandemic situation. All we need to do is to have the courage to combat the fear and follow the health protocols instead.
We have purchased two printers one funded by MOOE, the other one was from donation from a stakeholders.

TABLE 6: SHOWCASE OF REMARKABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS/BEST PRACTICES

SMEPA
No added contributions to report. As of Best Practices in the school with regards to the development and enhancement of
academic learning of pupils during the pandemic situation, the teachers have done and exhausted the most possible way to
regularly keep in touch with the pupils by means of home visitation, calling and checking them up in the cellphone. The
teachers gave additional learning activity tasks commensurate with the intellectual capacities of the learners. Follow up were
done by talking with the parents whenever they go to school in getting the modules of their children and in returning the
modules, likewise.
