Isip adviser sa Grade 10 Silver ako nagahangyo nga inyo paga tambongan ang pagahimoong Homeroom PTA Meeting
karong adlaw sa Biyernes, May 6, 2022 sa may alas otso ang takna sa kabuntagon (8:00am) para sa mga ginikanan
nga ang anak kay babae ug alas nuybe ang takna sa buntag (10:00am) para sa mga ginikanan nga lalaki ang
anak. Gibuhat kini nga set up aron masunod ang health protocol nga ginapatuman sa goberno. Ang paga hisgutan mao
ang mga sumunod:

3. Other matters

HRPTA MEETING
May 6, 2022
8:00 & 10:00 AM

PRESIDER: Mr. Melvin M. Aboloc

Prayer: Mrs. Mary Jane de Ocampo
Agenda:
 1. Distribution of cards
2. Students performance
3. Other matters

There was a separate time for the meeting between parents (see attached call up).

The meeting started when the quorum of parents was present. The cards distribution instantly followed. The
parents asked questions what happened to the grades of their children. The teacher explained in general the
problems they encountered with the returned module and answer sheets, that majority of which has either no
answer or no submitted paper at all. The parents also shared their burden in the current modular distance
learning, on how hard it is for them to teach subjects that they just encountered. That their children are not
keen on answering modules and has more time playing on their phones. The teacher explains also the settings
of blended learning modality as well so that parents will not be confused.

The sharing of experience and rants were addressed and it was decided that parents should take more time to
discipline their students.

Parents were also advised to seek the subject teachers on the problem regarding the students which was not
given a grade for the 1st and 2nd quarter.

For other matters, the president of the HRPTA Mrs. Marypen Sugian suggested that a ceiling fan would be
more valuable during this time so they will give 300 pesos each in order to secure that said item. The body
seconded the suggestion.

It was then followed by the suggestion of the adviser on the contribution of parents for the upcoming
completion rites. The said contribution was still revocable until the next PTA Meeting, this was only informed
so the parents can prepare the suggested amount. It was agreed by the body the amount 500 pesos in all and
denominated as 200 pesos for graduation pictures and 300 pesos for the foods and snacks for visitors. The
motion was seconded by the parents.

The discussion during the meeting of the first group was then relayed to the next group and they also gave the
idea an approval.

Parents were also advised to seek the subject teachers on the problem regarding the students which was not
given a grade for the first quarter.

For other matters, the president of the HRPTA Mrs. Ronica Intano suggested that a printer would be more
valuable during this time so they will give 200 pesos each in order to secure that said item. The body
seconded the suggestion.

The discussion during the meeting of the first group was then relayed to the next group and they also gave the
idea an approval.
