Launching your own business needs a lot of work and of course, a lot of cash. As a group of
inspiring young entrepreneurs, you are tasked to prepare the following requirements:

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

I. Choose your own business.

a. Your business idea can be a product or service.
b. Write a brief background of your business.

II. Prepare your prospective clients/investors’ income and ownership opportunities.

a. Prospective Client List (Sheet 1)
• Prospective clients/investor are individuals, organizations or institutions that meets
the requirements to provide additional capital and those who shows interest to take
part on the potential income and ownership opportunities of your business.
b. Prepare your business’ five-year potential earnings, and how much are you willing to offer as
percentage of earnings and percentage of ownership to your investors should they undertake
your proposal. (Sheet 2)
c. Use Microsoft Excel and solve by using necessary formula.

III. Write a Business Proposal Letter

a. Write a proposal letter to your prospective investors to take part of the capital requirement
(cash investment) to launch your business to the market.
b. Letter should be written/type in a Microsoft Word document, and you may choose your
business letter proposal format.
c. Write to at least five (5) prospective clients and set a schedule for presentation.

IV. Business Proposal Presentation

a. Prepare a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation of your business proposal.
b. You are given a 5-minute proposal presentation by your prospective clients. Your
presentation should include all information you presented in requirement II.
c. Record your presentation.

GROUPING & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Group size: Maximum of 5 students per group (1 Leader, 4 Team members).
2. Leader will upload your project online via Canvas.
3. Peer evaluation: Leader will evaluate each team members.
