喂料机是确定陶瓷产品配方的最主要最重要的环节，为了确保配方的准确性，便于管理，我公司自行开
发的喂料机系统。基本控制原理是：
采用工控机、RS485 通信模块及 modbus 通讯协议利用组态监控软件，建立原料配方，球磨入料平台运输

带准备好运行后，喂料机进入运行状态建立原料配方数据库，在切换配方时，能方便调用原保存过的所
有配方，不同配方内不同的料仓号、原料名、标准重量。
球磨入料平台运输带运行，并连锁喂料机进入运行状态，当铲车进入喂料机前入料，喂料机前的探测信
号探测铲车的到来，则喂料机的运输带停止运行（喂料机称重为 0 时，运输带停止运行），铲车入料，电
子秤进行称重，在喂料后装有显示料名、已加料以及还差多少料的大型专用 LED 显示屏，一目了然，在
用户允许的误差内，如果入料合适，铲车离开喂料机，则输送带自动送料，且大显示屏显示下一料的料名、仓
号以及重量。如果不在用户允许的误差内，比如料多了，则运输带拒绝运行，铲车司机必须把多余的料铲走，运
输带才会运行，又比如少了料，铲车走后，显示屏上记下还差多少料，运输带运行，这时显示屏就不会跳到显示
下一料的料名、仓号以及重量，等铲车司机将料补足，显示屏才能跳到显示下一料的料名、仓号以及重量。
称重报表可分别查询、保存和打印，加完料自动总结数据，并自动生成以日期时间为名的报表，管理人
员可以在工控机电脑上查询和打印以前的送料记录。

detectedsignaloffeedingmachinewillcontroltheconveyorbelttostoprunning(iftheweighoffeedingmachineshow0,conveyorbeltstoprunning).Theforklift
unloadthematerial,thebeltelectronicscaleworkandthenshowthenameofmaterial,weightontheLEDscreen.Iftheweight
ofmaterialiswithintheallowableerror ofthe user,theconveyor start toautomaticrunningandthe LEDscreenwillshowthenext
materialnameandweight.Iftheweightofmaterialisovertheallowableerrorrange,theconveyordoesn’trunninguntiltheforkliftshovelstheexcessmaterial.Ifth
eweightisshort,LEDscreenwillnotshowthenextmaterialname,thematerialshouldbemadeupaloss,theconveyingbeltcouldcontinuouswork.

——最终冷却带在窑前排烟带，砖的残余水分排出并逐渐
加热。
在预热烧成带，将发生物理转化和化学反应，赋予成品一定的特性。通过几组烧嘴将产品加热，其最佳烧成曲线可通过
调节空气阀、燃气阀实现。
在快速冷却带，砖坯经过两个降温阶段。第一阶段是直接引入合适流量的室内空气降温，温度降至 650-700°C；第二阶
段是直接通过不锈钢管制成的热交换管引入室内空气降温；热交换管安放在辊道平面的上面。
在自然冷却带，砖坯冷却到约为 500/350°C，通过与风机连接的通风罩抽走这一带的空气。因为这带的空气干净，所以
可用于其它方面；有时，这些空气与上述热交换器的空气混合后使用。
在最终冷却带，材料的温度已经降低到可以触摸的程度。配备直接冷却系统，在辊道平面上、下吹室内空气并在窑内形成空
气回路来冷却。从这带抽出的空气和助燃气混合，这样可以降低能耗。

Eachmoduleputsonsteelrollers,whichflowonaplatefixedatthegroundwithexpansionreinforcements,suchplateis
usedasflowingsurfacefortherollersonwhichthereisthekiln.
Inthemiddleofthekiln,thereisapointcalled"fixedpoint"fromwhichmovementsdevelopduringthedilatationandthec

火砖、隔热砖、合适的耐火水泥、以及不与窑炉内部气氛接触的隔热陶瓷棉板。吊顶是悬挂式的
吊砖结构不同质型的膨胀节由耐高温的熔融陶瓷棉制成的，可以吸收当窑炉熄火和点火时产生的
应力。烧成通道的底部用保护板保护，这些板可以在清窑或落砖引起机械损坏时保护隔热材料。
在侧壁，设有燃料室、观火孔和产品控制观查孔及辊子通过的孔砖。除此以外，在辊道平面下部还有很多检查门
以便检查和清理烧成通道。
经常磨损的部位，通过孔砖可以很容易在窑炉正常运转时更换。位于吊顶上的可调挡板，在预热带和烧成带是用
陶瓷棉制成的，在自然冷却带则是用钢制成的。还有，在底层的挡火墙是没有砌筑的轻质保温砖制成的。
