six players: 1 goalie, 3 defenders and 2 attackers

Players face the opposite team's goal

Players must place and keep both hands on their pole
Players must only move side to side - no player is allowed to move forward or
backward on the court
Contact between players is prohibited
Play will begin by dropping the ball at mid-court
Play continues until a penalty occurs, the ball is out of reach or out of bounds,
or a goal is scored

A penalty will be called and a goal awarded to the non-offending team if

any of the following occur...
• A player touches the ball with their arms or hands while the ball is in
play
• The ball is played above the foosball poles at any time
• Any player jumps, leans or climbs over the foosball poles
When the ball goes out of bounds, the ball will be returned to the place it
left the court and rolled towards the non-offending team
The winning team will be the team that scores the most goals when time is
called
When a goal is scored, the game is restarted by dropping the ball at mid-
court towards the non-scoring team

Each goal is worth 1 point

follow these safety regulation:
Socks must be worn to ensure good grip.
Watch out for other jumpers & always allow smaller jumpers right of way
Only one person on each trampoline at a time.
Safely land on two feet or your bum when bouncing.
Don’t attempt any activity beyond your skill level
No double bouncing, wrestling or rough play.
No food or drink on or near the trampolines.
Don’t jump or land on padding
No jumpers 100Kg or heavier

Any physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated. If you become abusive to a
member of staff or another customer, you will be asked to leave. In some
cases the police may be contacted and this could result in a lifetime ban from
JumpowLane.

 Mini Golf Rules

• The game of mini golf consists of playing a ball from the tee into the hole by a
stroke or successive strokes in accordance with the rules. The competitor who
plays the stipulated round or rounds in the fewest strokes is the winner. Each
Hole has a 5 stroke limit.
• One stroke penalty if: Ball jumps fairway – play next shot from spot where
ball jumped fairway. Ball is snagged in an obstacle – free ball and play from
that spot, not nearer the hole.
• Ball may be moved 6 inches from a rail or hazard without penalty
• After members of party reach putting green, the one nearest the hole will putt
first and continue to putt until ball is in cup. Do not take turns on the putting
greens.

Player's Responsibilities
1. Competitors shall remain in the group/foursome to which they have been
assigned by the OCR or Intramural Staff.

2. Players should check their score after each hole for accuracy. Scores may not
be altered once the scorecard has been turned in. Turn in one scorecard per
group. All players should sign the score card and it must be turned in to the
site supervisor
3. There will be no handicapping of scores

4. Players should not unduly delay play

5. The playing of practice strokes during the play of a hole is forbidden. A
practice swing is not a stroke unless the ball is hit

6. The number of strokes a player has taken shall include penalty strokes

 Bowling

Bowling is played individually or collectively where the players throw the bowling
ball to hit as many pieces of pins as they can at the end of the lane
A game is made up of 10 frames. Each frame represents one turn for the bowler, and
in each turn the player is allowed to roll the ball twice. If the player knocks down all
the pins with the first roll, it is a strike; if not, a second roll at the pins still standing is
attempted. If all the pins are knocked down with two balls, it is a spare; if any pins are
left standing, it is an "open frame.”

If a bowler commits a foul, by stepping over the foul line during delivery, it counts as
a shot, and any pins knocked down are re-spotted without counting.

Lane Etiquette

• Wait for the bowler to your right to deliver his/her ball if you're both bowling
at about the same time- . Remain behind your fellow bowler while he/she is
bowling. -Never bowl in street shoes - Avoid using someone else's ball without
permission.
