Debriefing As per de-briefing checklist

1. Only students endorsed for re-sit by the subject teacher shall be given the re-sit.
2. Re-sit shall be given only when the AAC is provided with the copy of the
endorsement made by the subject teacher and duly signed by the Dean or
Academic Head (For AAC Facilitated Practical Assessment).
3. Only students who have not attained the minimum score of 50% in each
assessment administered are allowed for re-sit.
Re-sit
4. Re-sit shall be given up to 3 times if the student failed the first time in a particular
assessment and if the student fails in all practical assessments, he shall be
advised to re-enroll the course.
5. Mark for Re-sits shall only have an equivalent of 50 %: therefore, this should not
be taken as a guarantee to pass the course as there are other components
considered.

The trainee will automatically be marked “not yet competent” if the critical item with * mark are not
done.

Rating or Grading Scheme: Score is either 1 or zero.

Grade: 50% and above = Passed
below 50% = Not Yet Competent (NYC)
